Smoochum was the only Gen 2 baby Pokemon missing from my Pokedex. I had hatched 2 of each Magby and Cleffa and 3 of Igglybuff. I had one of each Elekid, Togepi and Pichu. I kept waiting for a 10 km egg specially during the Valentines Day event as the chances of hatching a Smoochum were more. But I didn't get any 10 km during the event. But yesterday my 5 km egg hatched to a Smoochum.
