New Pokemon and Strongest Pokemon Yet

I caught a new Pokemon and it is miles ahead of my other catches.

Pinsir, my strongest Pokemon Yet

It's a Pinsir I found at Sukhna Lake today. When I found it, it showed CP as ???, I think that happens when you encounter a Pokemon which has more CP than any Pokemon you own. Also, the number of questions marks(?) indicate the number of integers in its CP like in this case 794 (3 digits). I believe this is about the best you can at my level (Level 15).
