On day 1 we did residency, golgappas, and tokri chat at the royal cafe, which were awesome, chai and bun maska at Sharma ji ki chai, and went around Hazratganj, nighttime at gomti riverfront which was okayish.
On day 2 we did Imambaras and around, had malai chai, nihari kulcha which was super yum, lohia park, and street food outside Ambedkar Park.
Day 3 entire Ambedkar Park inside, the entire Janeshwar Mishra Park on foot. Around 20km of walk-in the entire day. Dastarkhwan and some more food places. Went to Sheroes, good cause but the food was really bad honestly. Did 1 mall only Phoenix Palacio, it was nice. No time for the movie but had some quick snacks.
And I loved Lucknow overall. Way more developed than Punjab cities. Neat and clean places. Metro. We had a hotel near Indira Nagar, so we traveled via the metro a lot. Took E-rickshaws and Uber whenever needed. Came with minimal expectations and leaving with great memories. I am leaving right now while typing.
